1. How long does shipping take?
Free standard shipping for "bundle" orders or for orders over CAD$85, usually takes 5-7 business days.

Express shipping is $10, and usually takes 2-3 business days.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, fixed low shipping rate for international orders.

3. Can I use these products if I have sensitive skin?
Yes, you can. Our products are suitable for sensitive, and irritated skin.

However, please do a patch test at least 48 hours before using it. This is because everybody's skin is different and although our products don't contain any ingredients that might trigger irritation or rosacea, we still suggest you check with your doctor if you’re sensitive to any of the ingredients.

4. Preservatives irritate my skin. Do your products contain preservatives?
No, they don't contain preservatives. Our products are waterless, therefore, preservative is not needed.

The mask is in powder form that you have to activate by adding water in it. In that way, you are sure that everytime you apply it on your face, it is always new and freshly made.

5. Will I feel a tingle while using or after using the mask?
We strongly believe that it doesn't have to hurt to prove that a product works. Our mask and face oil were carefully formulated for the most sensitive skin and proven to work without experiencing irritation and tingling.

6. Does this product help with acne?
Our product draws out impurities from the surface of the skin. It can be incorporated into any skin routine but will not cure acne alone. The mask is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

7. What is the shelf life after opening your products?
Our products have a typical shelf life after opening of 6 months. If our products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer.

8. Are your products tested on animals?
No, they are not tested on animals. We love our furry friends and are cruelty-free.

9. Is it safe to use while I am pregnant?
Though our products don't contain harmful chemicals that can harm you or the baby, we still do recommend seeking your doctors advice prior usage.

10. Do you legally operate your skincare business?
Yes, ofcourse. Even before launching the brand, Health Canada has been notified about our products and the business itself has been registered as a corporation through provincial and federal jurisdiction.
